| 为探讨父母共同养育与自身和伴侣养育倦怠的关系以及工作-家庭冲突的中介作用，采用主客体互倚模型分析283 对父
母数据，研究发现：1）父母各自的共同养育显著负向预测各自的养育倦怠（主体效应）；2）父母各自的工作-家庭冲突在上述的
主体效应中起到中介作用；3）工作-家庭冲突在父亲的客体效应中起到中介作用；4）父母共同养育、工作-家庭冲突与养育倦
怠的关系表现出部分主客体效应。 |

| The study aimed to explore the relationship between co-parenting and parenting burnout of their own and partner，as well as
the mediating role of work-family conflict. Using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model analyze the data of 283 parents，the results
showed that:（1）co-parenting had significant actor effects on parenting burnout for both mothers and fathers;（2）parents’own workfamily
conflict mediated own actor effects;（3）mother’s work-family conflict mediated the association between fathers’co-parenting
