      促进基础教育均衡化发展及扶持经济贫困群体是加快缩小教育差距的关键,主要措施在于合理分配教育资源,有目的、有规划地向农村偏远地区及民族地区倾斜。借助互联网将发达地区优质教育资源引入到西部地区乡村基础教育的课堂,实现由当地教师进行课堂组织和辅导工作的“双师课堂”有助于解决西部乡村基础教育师资数量不足、质量不优的问题,让西部乡村的孩子一样能够享受发达地区高质量的基础教育,实现中国基础教育公平和高质量的发展。本研究选取了2020年秋季学期参加Q公益组织小学英语“双师课堂”项目,以贵州、四川、新疆共计25所学校、46个班级,3511名学生为调查对象,对其英语学习数据进行调查分析。从中发现“双师课堂”在乡村小学开展的优势及不足,并针对现存问题,提出建议及改进对策。

      Promoting the balanced development of basic education and supporting impoverished groups is the key to speed up the narrowing of the education gap. The main measures are to allocate educational resources rationally and tilt towards remote rural areas and ethnic areas in a purposeful and planned way. Using the Internet to introduce high-quality educational resources in developed areas into the classrooms of rural basic education in the western region, and realizing “dual-teacher classrooms” where local teachers conduct classroom organization and guidance will help solve the problem of insufficient quantity and poor quality of basic education teachers in western rural areas, meanwhile, children in the western villages can also enjoy high-quality basic education and realize the fair and high-quality development of basic education in China. This study selected 3,511 students of 46 classes in 25 schools from Guizhou, Sichuan, and Xinjiang who participated in the Q non-profit organization primary school English “dual teacher class room” project in the autumn semester of 2020, and analyzed their English learning survey data. After summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of “dual teacher classroom” in rural primary schools, the author puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for existing problems.
