      劳动教育是促进儿童全面发展的重要途径。涵养幼儿劳动意识,发展幼儿劳动技能,培植幼儿劳动情感是幼儿劳动教育 的内在要求,也是我国新时代学前教育的重要目标。笔者以合肥市T幼儿园为例,基于园所特有的大区角种植园开展幼儿劳 动教育实践的探究。研究初步厘清了幼儿园种植劳动教育的内涵,并基于活动观察、师幼访谈与文本分析系统呈现其主要实 践。同时,笔者从活动目标达成情况,以及幼儿、教师、家长等视角综合分析实践成效与不足。基于此,应提升成人对幼儿园种 植劳动教育幼儿主体关注度,加强对幼儿种植劳动教育的理论教研与实践关联,强化户外种植操作与室内种植教育的相关整 合,完善以幼儿为主体参与种植劳动的全实践设计,吸纳家庭社区多主体参与幼儿种植劳动教育等。
英文摘要:
      Labor education is an important way to promote the all-round development of children. Cultivating children’s labor aware⁃ ness,developing their labor skills,and cultivating their labor emotions are the inherent requirements of children’s labor education, and they are also the important goals of China’s early childhood education in the new era. This study takes T kindergarten in Hefei city as an example,and explores the practice of early childhood labor education based on the special corner plantation of kindergarten. The study initially clarified the connotation of planting labor education in kindergartens,and presented its main practice based on activity observation,teacher-child interviews and text analysis systems. At the same time,the researchers comprehensively analyze the effec⁃ tiveness and shortcomings of the practice from the perspective of the achievement of activity goals,as well as the perspectives of chil⁃ dren,teachers and parents.
