      教师教育是培养教师的关键环节,是教师队伍建设的源头活水。新时代教育背景下,国家和社会对幼儿教师的人文素 养提出了更高的要求。对学前教育专业学生而言,提高自身的人文素养对增强自身竞争力,对提升学前教育质量至关重要。 研究采用问卷的方式对大庆师范学院256名学前教育专业学生的人文素养现状进行调查。结果表明:社会生存能力相对较 高;个人生存能力中人际交往、行为习惯和自理能力较弱;家庭生存能力中,关爱家人、安全意识和家务劳动需要强化;集体生 存能力中归属感较弱。针对学前教育专业学生人文素养现状中存在的这些问题,文章从重视学前教育专业学生人文素养课程 的建构、打造具有高水平人文素养的学前教育专业教师队伍、利用校园文化,对学生的人文素养进行熏陶、改革学校评价方式, 构建科学的评价体系、家庭和社会共同培育等方面对学前教育专业学生人文素养提出提升策略。
英文摘要:
      Teacher education is the key link of teacherstraining and the source of construction of teaching staff. Under the background of education in the new era,the state and society put forward higher requirements for the humanistic literacy of preschool teachers. As for preschool education major students,it is very important for them to improve their humanistic literacy so as to enhance their competi⁃ tiveness and to upgrade the quality of preschool education. The present situation of humanistic literacy of 256 preschool teachers in Daqing normal university was investigated by questionnaire,the result of which showed that: the ability of social survival is relatively high; in the ability of interpersonal communication,behavior habits and self-care ability is weak; in the ability of family survival,car⁃ ing for family,safety consciousness and housework need to be strengthened; and the sense of belonging in the ability of collective sur⁃ vival is weak. In view of above-mentioned problems existing in the present situation,this paper puts forward some strategies to im⁃ prove the students’humanistic literacy in the following aspects: curriculum construction,construction of high level teaching staff,hu⁃ manistic literacy edification with campus culture,reform of evaluation methods in school,construction of scientific evaluation system, cultivation of students with joint efforts from family and society.
