      教师专业素养是衡量教师专业发展的重要尺度。随着学界对教师专业素养的关注,幼儿教师专业素养也引起了学者的深入探讨。梳理与分析幼儿教师专业素养文献发现,近15年来我国幼儿教师专业素养研究取得了一定的进展,但其研究尚且存在一些不足,值得我们反思和改进。具体而言,未来的研究需拓宽研究领域,提高研究的广度;系统建构研究内容,提高研究的深度;整合研究方法,提高研究的效度。
英文摘要:
      The key to improving the quality of preschool education lies in the professional accomplishment of kindergarten teachers. This paper summarizes the literatures of kindergarten teachers’ professional accomplishment in recent 15 years, and lists the representative achievements and typical views of domestic kindergarten teachers' professional accomplishment research and reviews them. Although the research on the professional accomplishment of kindergarten teachers is deepening and expanding, there are some shortcomings in the research, which is worthy of our reflection and improvement. Future research needs to broaden the research field, improve the breadth of research; system construction research content, improve the depth of research; integration of research methods to improve the validity of the study.
