| 国内幼儿教师职业认同研究的内容主要集中在幼儿教师职业认同的内涵、现状、影响因素、幼儿教师职业认同与其它变量之间的关系。研究中主要存在的问题是对幼儿教师职业认同的界定不同；样本单一、缺乏比较性研究；研究方法单一；研究缺乏系统性。未来研究需要探究幼儿教师职业认同内部机制；进一步扩大幼儿教师职业认同的研究对象；采用多种研究方法相结合, 使用高级的统计方法；拓展研究路径，从多学科视角进行综合研究。与此同时，学前教育研究领域要重视幼儿教师职业认同研究。 |

| In recent years, domestic research on kindergarten teachers’ professional identity are mainly focused on its connotation, states quo, influential factors and the relation between the kindergarten teachers’ professional identity and other variables. The major problems of the study are that there are different definitions of the kindergarten teachers’ professional identity, the samples are not representative and methods are not systematic. Future studies can be carried to explore the internal mechanism of kindergarten teachers’ professional identity from multi-disciplinary perspective. Furthermore, different research methods and advanced statistical methodology can be combined together to expand the object and path of study. Meanwhile, special attention should be given to kindergarten teachers’ professional identity in the field of the preschool education. |
