个体发展的独特性和差异性是个别化教育实施的依据,学前教育领域也越来越重视对幼儿的个别化教育,国内众多相关研究呼吁幼儿园应该开展个别化教育活动。经过初步调查显示农村幼儿园的个别化教育活动的开展较为缺乏,幼师自身个别化教育意识和能力堪忧。幼儿园个别化教育活动的开展有充足的理论基础,加强农村幼儿园个别化教育活动的相关研究意义重大。提升农村幼师个别化教育意识和能力是改变农村幼儿园个别化教育活动现状的关键,建议根据农村特有的资源,树立幼儿园个别化教育活动开展途径多样化、生活化的观念。 |

The uniqueness and difference of individual development is the basis for the implementation of individualized education. Individualized education has gained increasing attention in Preschool education field. Lots of related domestic researches advocate that individualized education should be implemented in kindergartens. From a survey we found that few rural kindergartens employed individualized educational, and teachers lack the awareness and the relevant ability of individualized education. The proposal of individualized education in kindergartens is based on a strong theoretical support. It is of great significance to advance individualized education in rural areas, while the improvement of teachers’ awareness and ability is critical to the implement of individualized education in rural areas. Making use of the present resources and strengthening the idea of individualized education are suggested. |
