| 加强高职院校青年行政管理干部队伍建设是提升职教管理水平，建设现代职业教育体系的一项重要任务。本文以党建为着眼点，对福建省某高职院校青年行政管理干部的思想政治状况进行调查分析,提出机关党建从建设学习型党组织、进行思想引领，加强人才培养顶层设计、助推专业成长，践行群众路线、做好帮扶解困等方面推动青年行政管理干部队伍建设的对策建议。 |

| To promote the construction of youth administrative cadres of higher vocational colleges is an important mission to the improvement of the management in vocational colleges and the building of modern vocational education system. Taking party building as the starting point, the paper investigates and analyzes the ideological and political situation of youth administrative cadres of a higher vocational college in Fujian province and puts forward suggestions for the promotion of the construction of youth administrative cadres from the perspectives of building a learning party organization, carrying on the thought lead, strengthening talent training top design, boosting professional growth, practicing mass line and helping others get rid of the difficults and so on. |
