Scientific observation reveals that a deep understanding of children is a professional competence that kindergarten teachers should possess. The Shiye Center Kindergarten in Dantu District,Zhenjiang City has gone through an observation and recording methods reform of protagonistization,formalization,characterization,storytelling,and evaluation. This paper gives following main educational suggestions: it should clarify professional role positioning of teachers,insist on the combination of learning and thinking to improve their capabilities,support children's multi-modal representation,strengthen empathy understanding ability and give support for children. |
