| 为了探讨母亲育儿压力在其工作-家庭冲突和儿童问题行为间的中介效应，以工作-家庭冲突量表 （WFC）、简式育儿压力问卷 （ PSI-SF）和长处和困难问卷（SDQ）为测量工具对627名工作母亲进行调查。结果发现：1）工作-家庭冲突、育儿压力、儿童问题行为三个变量之间呈两两正相关关系；2）育儿压力总分在工作-家庭冲突及儿童问题行为之间起部分中介作用；3）育儿压力中育儿愁苦、困难儿童两个因子在工作-家庭冲突及儿童问题行为之间起中介作用，亲子互动失调因子则无显著中介作用。研究结论：母亲工作-家庭冲突可以直接或间接地影响儿童问题行为，可以通过育儿压力，尤其是育儿压力中的育儿愁苦、困难儿童两个因子发挥作用。 |

| To explore the mediating effect of mother’s parenting stress on work-family conflict and children’s problem behavior. 627 working mothers were investigated by Work-Family Conflict Scale （WFC）, Brief Parenting Stress Questionnaire （PSI-SF） and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire （SDQ）. Results: 1）Work-family conflict, parenting stress and child problem behavior were positively correlated with each other; 2） The total score of parenting stress plays a partial mediating role between work-family conflict and children’s problem behavior; 3）Two factors of parenting stress, namely, parenting distress and difficult child, play a mediating role in the relationship between work-family conflict and children’s problem behavior, while the parent-child dysfunctional interaction factor has no significant mediating role. Conclusion: Work-family conflict of mothers can directly or indirectly affect children’s problem behavior, which can be played by parenting stress, especially the two factors of parenting stress, such as parenting distress and difficult child. |
