      人类发展文化本质理论视野下的高校新手教师身份认同是一个文化过程,是新手教师原有的文化特征与新的文化情境 不断碰撞、抉择、融合、重构的过程。从人类发展文化本质理论视野出发,以文化为核心,基于扎根理论,通过对30位高校新手 教师的深度访谈、观察及实物分析进行三级编码,建构影响因素模型,剖析影响高校新手教师身份认同的因素,揭示文化与高 校新手教师身份认同的双向互动关系,以期为探求真正促进新手教师身份认同的有效重构路径提供科学的依据和重要的实践 启示。
英文摘要:
      From the perspective of the theory of cultural essence of human development,the identity of college novice teachers is a cultural process,which is the process of continuous collision,choice,integration and reconstruction between the original cultural characteristics of novice teachers and the new cultural situation. Based on the grounded theory,this research embarked from the devel⁃ opment of cultural human essence theory field,took culture as the core,interviewed 30 universities novice teachers in-depth inter⁃ views,observation and physical analysis of three-level coding,constructed the model of influencing factors,analyzed the factors influ⁃ encing the university novice teachers identity,revealed the two-way interaction between culture and the identity of college novice teachers.
