| Curriculum leadership of kindergarten principals is the core of improving the quality of care and education in kindergartens.
Using qualitative research，the literature method and in-depth interviews，taking a preschool education major university teacher who
also serves as kindergarten principal as the object，taking curriculum leaders as the line，and focusing on key events，this paper aims
to explore the core influential factors on the development of a public kindergarten from a poor and blank one to with distinctive fea⁃
tures，from the poor and weak situation to the one of high quality，so as to analyze the strategies for improving the principal’s curricu⁃
lum leadership. |
