语言文字应用能力是社会个体在工作实践和现实生活中运用语言和文字的综合能力,良好的语言文字应用能力既是幼儿教师应有的基本能力,又是幼儿教师应提升的基本素质,因为幼儿教师的语言文字应用能力不仅决定了幼儿教育的质量和成效,还对幼儿及幼教事业的发展有着深远的影响。研究者对当前幼儿教师的语言文字应用能力进行了调查,发现幼师对语言文字应用能力的重视程度比较低;幼儿园对幼师语言文字应用能力的要求不高;幼师获得语言文字应用能力培训的途径太少;监督与测评幼师语言文字应用能力的内容匮乏等四大问题。研究者就如何提升幼儿教师的语言文字应用能力从加强要求、注重培训、强化管理等方面提出了建议。 |

language ability refers to the comprehensive ability of individuals to use language and characters in working and life. Language ability is the basic ability that preschool teachers should have and improve, because their language ability not only determines the quality and effectiveness of early childhood education, but also has a profound impact on the development of children and preschool education. An investigation of the language ability of preschool teachers finds that four problems at present: kindergarten teachers pay less attention to the language ability; they do not have high requirements for language ability; there are few ways for kindergarten teachers to improve language ability training; and there is a lack of supervision and evaluation system for preschool teachers' language ability. On this basis, researchers put forward suggestions on how to improve the language ability of preschool teachers from the aspects of strengthening requirements, paying attention to training and strengthening management. |
