结合文献分析及观察访谈结果,经过两次取样测试,编制出幼儿教师信念问卷。通过对问卷进行验证性因素分析、内 部一致性信度检验、效标效度检验,表明幼儿教师信念问卷的信效度良好,理论构想较好。运用问卷对142名在职幼儿教师进 行调查,结果表明,当前幼儿教师信念水平总体趋向开放,但在对幼儿的指导态度和课程设计上仍存在误区。研究表明幼儿教 师信念问卷是研究幼儿教师信念问题的一个有效工具。 |

Based on literature analysis and observation interview results, after two sampling tests, the questionnaire on preschool teachers ’belief was compiled. Through confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency reliability test, and criterion validity test of the questionnaire, it shows that the theoretical conception, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good. The questionnaire survey was conducted on 142 in-service preschool teachers, and the results showed that the current level of pre⁃ school teachers ’belief tended to be open, but there were still misunderstanding about their guidance attitudes and curriculum design. Studies have shown that the questionnaire on preschool teachers ’belief is an effective tool for studying the belief of pre⁃ school teachers. |
