      幼儿园男教师流失现象比较常见,男教师专业成长在一定程度上不同于女性幼儿园教师的专业成长。笔者针对一名 从事幼儿园工作十余年的男教师进行研究,对他的成长历程进行了故事性描述,同时在他的成长历程中寻找促进其成长与发 展的关键因素,发现幼儿园园长的领导风格、男教师自我努力与认同、专业成长的团队共同体、幼儿园激励机制等都会影响男 教师专业发展;成为专家型教师之后,男教师需要获得更大发展平台,激励其实现持续的专业成长。
英文摘要:
      The turnover of male teachers in kindergartens is very common and their professional growth is different from that of female kindergarten teachers to some extent. This study focuses on a male teacher who has been working in kindergarten for more than ten years, and describes his growth process in a storytelling way. Meanwhile, it aims to identify the critical factors which have positive effect on his growth. It is found that the professional development of male teachers is affected by the leader⁃ ship style of kindergarten leaders, the self-identity and efforts of male teachers, the team community of professional growth, and the incentive mechanism of kindergarten. After male teachers become experts, larger platform is needed as an incentive mecha⁃ nism to promote their professional growth.
