      基于对571位幼儿园教师的问卷调查,通过NVivo11.0进行开放式与主轴式编码,系统梳理了幼儿园教师工作辛苦的现 状、原因、影响与对策。研究结果显示,幼儿园教师辛苦感普遍较高,原因可以概括为:一“长”、二“差”、三“大”、四“缺”、五“低”、六 “难”、九“多”。工作的辛苦对幼儿园教师的时间、经济、家庭、工作、身心健康造成很多负面的影响,对身心健康、工作积极性、辞 职意愿的影响较为突出。辛苦工作状态的改善需要遵循“外在改变为主,个人改变为辅”的原则,具体从降低工作量、提高工资福 利待遇等角度着手。
英文摘要:
      Based on the questionnaire of 571 kindergarten teachers, NVivo11.0 software was used for open and axle code. This study systematically discusses the status, causes, impacts and countermeasures of kindergarten teachers' hard work. The research results show that the kindergarten teachers' hard feeling is generally obvious and the reasons can be summarized as: one "long", two "poor", three "big", four "lack", five "low", six "difficult" and nine "many". The hard work has a lot of negative effects on the time, economy, family, work and physical and mental health of kindergarten teachers, especially on physical and mental health, work enthusiasm and resig⁃ nation intention. The improvement in hard-working state needs to follow the principle of "external change is the primary and personal change is the secondary" and specific measures like reducing the workload and improv⁃ ing wages and benefits.
