| 作为西方文化的滥觞，西方神话在中西文化交流过程中扮演着重要角色，因而被大量译介入中国。然而，相关学术专著文本的翻译研究却非常少见。西方神话学术专著与西方神话一脉相承，具有近似的文本特征和行文风格。本文以《巴比伦与亚述神话》专著汉译本为例，基于对西方神话学术专著简易风格的分析和探讨，有针对性地总结出合句、释义、增译和作注等多种翻译方法，以最大程度保持原文朴实文风，使译文显豁流畅，减少读者阅读障碍，促进西方神话学术专著更好的译介与传播。 |

| As an origin of western culture, western myths play an essential role in cultural exchange between China and western countries, thus a large amount of western myths have been introduced into China. However, the translation of western mythical academic monographs is rarely studied. Western mythical academic monographs have the same strain with western myths and the two kinds of texts have similar textual features and writing manners. Taking the Chinese version of Myths of Babylonia and Assyria as an example, this article analyzes the plain style of western mythical academic monographs and summarizes several targeted translation strategies, including combination, interpretation, amplification and annotation, ect. All of these are to keep the plain style of source text, make the target text clear and smooth so as to reduce reader’s understanding barriers and advance translation and spread of western mythical academic monographs. |
