从幼儿园教师职业道德现状以及大学责任、高校学前教育专业的培养目标来看,对高校学前教育专业师范生进行思想品德教育既有必要,同时也是高校责无旁贷的责任。综合考虑高校学前教育专业师范生思想道德素养现状,影响师范生道德发展的因素有学生自身的价值观和专业认同、高校思想品德课程设置及教学方法、班级文化以及教师自身的道德素养。要提高德育的实效性需强化学生的思想道德教育,改革已有的课程与教学方法,提高教师自身的道德修养,将思想品德教育贯穿于教学过程中,采取多样有效的思想品德评价方式,多方举措提高思想品德教育的有效性,为入职后良好职业道德的形成奠定基础。 |

By learning current situation of preschool teachers’ professional ethics, the university responsibility and the training goal of preschool education major in colleges and universities, this paper notices that it is not only the necessity but also the duty-bound responsibility of colleges and universities to carry out ideological and moral education for normal college students whose major is preschool education. Considering the present situation of ideological and moral literacy of normal college students majoring in preschool education, the factors affecting the moral development of normal college students are: students’ own values and professional identity, the curriculum and teaching methods of ideological and moral education in colleges and universities, class culture, and teachers’ own moral literacy. To improve the effectiveness of moral education, we need to strengthen students’ ideological and moral education, reform the existing curriculum and teaching methods, improve teachers’ moral accomplishment, have ideological and moral education through teaching process, adopt various effective ways of ideological and moral evaluation, and take various measures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and moral education, so as to lay a foundation for the formation of good professional ethics. |
