      以三所师范院校的小学教育全科型师范生为研究对象,从教师专业必备知识、教师专业必备技能和教师专业必备信息技术能力三个方面调查小学教育专业全科型师范生的专业发展现状,发现:小学教育全科型师范生对教育知识、教学设计、技术素养的获得最为关注;对通识性知识、反思与发展、评估与诊断需求最为薄弱;对教师教育教学实践水平、学科知识以及教学设计的提升需求最为强烈;对专业发展关注度较高,但满意度低,缺少专业发展规划; 对学术视野不开阔而感到困惑。基于此,提出如下对策和建议:增加教育职业规划课程,为小学教育全科型师范生的专业发展提供方向指引;树立自我反思意识,强化反思引导;优化整合课程体系,课程设置要增加信息技术的比重;重视教育实践,促进知识和技能二者之间的融合。
英文摘要:
      This paper studied students in three normal colleges who focus on primary education, and investigated the professional development status of normal school students from three aspects: teachers' professional and essential knowledge, teachers' professional and essential skills and teachers' professional and essential technical information ability. It found that students paid most attention on the acquisition of educational knowledge, instructional design and technical literacy; they have the weakest requirements for general knowledge, reflection and development, assessment and diagnosis; and they have the strongest demand for teacher's education and teaching practice, subject knowledge and instructional design. They have high attention of professional development, but with low satisfaction and lack of professional development planning; And they usually were confused about the limited academic vision. Based on this, the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: increasing the planning curriculum of educational career; providing direction guidance for the professional development of normal school students; establishing self-reflection awareness; strengthening self reflection and guidance; optimizing the integrated curriculum system; increasing education proportion of information technology in the curriculum; emphasizing on educational practice; and promoting the integration of knowledge and skills.
