Preschool teachers’ professional happiness is closely related to kindergarten curriculum, teacher-child interaction, professional growth and other factors. The article provides examples of Waldorf teachers’ professional happiness from the perspective of kindergarten curriculum, one-day activities, teacher-child interaction, and teacher professional growth, and makes in-depth theoretical analysis. |
