      室内晨间锻炼活动对于幼儿的身体健康、情绪状态、探索力和创造力的发展具有积极意义。目前幼儿园室内晨间锻炼存在着场地受限、材料不足、游戏形式单一、教师组织和指导不到位、安全隐患等问题,游戏化是解决这些问题的重要抓手。教师在室内晨间锻炼游戏化过程中应坚持趣味性和挑战性并重、主体性与指导性兼顾、目的性和生成性相济的原则。在具体的实施过程中,应丰富游戏材料并挖掘多样化的游戏形式,融合课程教学主题来创设生动活泼的游戏情景,教师也要观察幼儿的活动并支持和指导幼儿的游戏探索,以此推动幼儿的室内晨间锻炼活动取得积极效果。
英文摘要:
      Indoor morning exercise activities are of positive significance to children’s physical and mental health as well as the development of their creativity. At present, problems exist in indoor morning exercises, including limited space, insufficient materials, the lack of variety in the forms of play, inadequate organization and guidance of teachers, and hidden dangers. Gamification is an important way to solve these problems. In the gamification of indoor morning exercises, teachers should adhere to the principles of interesting and challenging, subjectivity and instructive as well as purposiveness and generativeness. In the process of implementation, play materials should be enriched and diversified game forms should be explored. The theme of the course should be integrated to create a lively environment for plays. Teachers should not only observe the activities of the children, but also support and guide the exploration of children in plays. In these ways, it will promote indoor morning exercise activities of children to achieve positive results.
