随着时代的急剧变迁,传统幼儿教师教育体系面临着严峻挑战。卓越教师计划旨在追求优质教学,提高教育质量。本研究在厘清卓越幼儿教师内涵的基础上,重新审视幼儿教师教育课程体系,发现其存在的问题:课程结构不合理、课程内容和教学方法相对陈旧、课程理论与实践脱节、课程实践质量不高。深刻阐述优化幼儿教师教育课程体系的必要性;据此,卓越教师计划引领下的幼儿教师教育课程体系优化要着眼于课程目标的卓越性、课程内容的全面性、课程实施的实践性、课程评价的发展性,以期实现幼儿教师专业素养的提升,提高其教育教学的有效性。 |

With the rapid change of the times, the traditional preschool teachers’ education system faces severe challenges. The Excellent Teachers’ Plan aims to pursue high-quality teaching and improve the quality of education. On the basis of the excellent preschool teachers’ connotation, this study reviews preschool teachers’ education curriculum system and some existing problems have been found: the unreasonable curriculum structure, the old curriculum content and teaching methods, the disconnection between curriculum theory and practice, and the low curriculum practical quality. Then it expounds the necessity of optimizing preschool teachers’ education curriculum system. Therefore, the optimizing methods of the preschool teachers’ education curriculum system under the excellent teacher’ plans should be focused on: the excellence of curriculum objectives, the comprehensiveness of curriculum content, the practicality of curriculum implementation, and the development of curriculum evaluation, so as to finally realize the ascension of preschool teachers’ professional accomplishment and improve the effectiveness of the education teaching. |
