      教师教育振兴计划(2018-2022年)是提升教育质量的动力源泉。“卓越幼儿园教师培养计划”(简称“卓越计划”)是近年来各省市高专院校推动学前教师教育改革与发展的重要举措。文章选取四个不同省份的六所学校,其推行“卓越计划”的措施可概括为四个方面:以“卓越”为导向,优化培养目标;以“改革”为基础,优化课程体系;以“创新”为动力,协同整合资源;以“质量”为保障,加强师资建设及相关政策、制度的制定与落实,切实促进学生的专业发展。在吸收和借鉴前人的研究成果基础上,以期为相关理论研究者和决策者提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Revitalization Plan for Teacher’s Education (2018-2022) clearly pointed out that teacher’s education is the driving force to improve the quality of education. The “Excellent Kindergarten Teacher’s Training Plan” (“Excellent Plan” for short) is an important measure to promote the reform and development of preschool teachers’ Education in colleges and universities in various provinces and municipalities in recent years. Six universities in four different provinces are selected in this research, and it is found that measures carried out in these universities can be generalized into four aspects: taking “excellence” as the orientation to optimize the training target; optimizing the curriculum system on the basis of “reform”; integrating resources with “innovation” as the motive force, and taking “quality” as the guarantee to strengthen the establishment and implementation of the construction of teaching staff and related policies and systems. The professional development of the students gains effective improvement by these measures. On the basis of absorbing and learning from previous research achievements, it is hoped to provide references for relevant theoretical researchers and policy makers
