讲故事是幼儿教师必须具备的一项基本技能。但是实际情况中很多幼儿教师在进行故事教学时,往往会出现各种各样的问题,达不到应有的教学效果。讲故事技能的培训除了需要个人的悟性之外,更重要的是有老师的正确有效的指导。但是很多人都是从故事讲述者的角度来论述如何提高“讲故事技能”,很少有从幼师培训人员的视角谈论如何培养会讲故事的幼师。本文基于《幼儿故事说与编》课程教学实践的认识和思考,主要从一名幼师培训工作者的角度来探讨:在高等院校的学前教育师资培训过程中,应该如何快速有效地提高学前教育准师资的“讲故事”技能和水平。 |

Telling stories is a basic skill that a preschool teacher must possess.However, in the actual situation, many preschool teachers often have various problems in the teaching of stories, which can not achieve the teaching effect.Except for the necessary of personal understanding, it is more important of having a correct and effective guidance from professionals for the training of story-telling skills.But a lot of people talk about how to improve "storytelling skills" from the perspective of storytellers, and few of them talk about how to train young storytellers from the perspective of a trainer.Based on the practical understanding and thinking of the course teaching Making and Telling of Children Stories, and from the perspective of a preschool training teacher, this article discusses how to be quickly and more effectively improving the skills and level of telling stories among kindergartens teachers during the process of preschool education training programs. |
