学前教育是基础教育中的重中之重,幼儿教育中的问题儿童是幼儿园教育过程不可避免和忽视的一个特殊群体,而幼儿教师对问题儿童的接纳态度是其进行其他教学活动的重要因素。本研究试图通过分析西藏自治区拉萨市幼儿教师队伍的构成状况、幼儿教师目前薪资水平、社会地位这三个因素,探讨其对问题儿童接纳态度的影响,并提出相关对策与建议。 |

Preschool education is among the most important part in education, while problematic child is a special group that cannot be neglected and avoided in the study of preschool education.Preschool teachers’ acceptance attitude toward problematic child directly affects other teaching activities.The study, on the basis of analysis of the constitution of preschool teaching staff, salary and social status in Lhasa, Tibet, tries to discuss the influence of the three factors on preschool teachers’ acceptance attitude toward problematic child, and proposes related suggestions. |
