      在高校应用型转型过程中,小教专业应以培养出符合社会期待的拥有较强专业核心能力的高素养毕业生作为成果导向,这个成果应该具备创新能力的、卓越的、多元文化素养的小学教师。和其它专业比较,小教师范生的核心素养还应该具备高尚的教育情怀,系统的教育教学思维等综合性能力,良好的个人素质和较强的实践能力。基于核心素养理念的小学教育专业课程改革,要先确定培养目标,然后强化学生的教育情怀,全面提升学生综合性能力,注重学生个人素质的提高与注重学生实践能力的培养,最后设计并落实课改的实施方案。
英文摘要:
      During the process of application-oriented transformation of colleges and universities, primary education specialty should take it as the outcome to cultivate high quality graduates who have a strong professional core competence to meet the expectation of the society, which is to help produce excellent primary school teachers with creativity and multicultural communication ability. Compared with other specialties, the core competence of primary school teachers contains a love for the educational profession, a systematic educational thinking, a good personal quality and a strong practical ability. To carry out the curriculum reform of primary education specialty based on the concept of core competence, we should determine the outcome, strengthen a love for the educational profession, enhance an all-round ability, cultivate the personal quality and practical ability
