      为了探明中班儿童师幼互动发生特点并针对其中存在的问题给出建议,本研究经过3个月的参与式观察和访谈,对宝鸡市某市级示范幼儿园的中班区域活动中的师幼互动现状进行观察记录,结果显示:幼儿园中班师幼互动的发起者多为教师,区域活动较少发生在娃娃家和益智区,教师互动方式不适当。基于此,笔者对该幼儿园区域活动中师幼互动提出有效建议:教师应将观察作为师幼互动的基础,调整自身角色定位,发挥幼儿的主体作用,组织多种形式的区域活动,做到师幼互动的均衡化。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the characteristics of teacher-children interaction in middle class, and propose suggestions in accordance with the exiting problems, the study observes and records the middle class teacher-children interaction in area activities in a demonstrating kindergarten in Baoji in 3 months. Data analysis shows that the initiator of interaction in most cases is teacher, few area activities are held in the areas of “home of dolls” and “puzzle”, and teacher’s way of interaction with children is to some extent inappropriate. On this bases, the paper proposes suggestions accordingly at the end, including that teachers should base their interaction on observation, adjust their own role and emphasize children’s subjective position, and organize various forms of area activities.
