| 幼儿性教育是对受教育者进行有关性科学、性道德和性文明教育培养的社会化过程。近年来我国幼儿遭受性侵事件时有发生，且多发生在农村地区，表明我国幼儿性教育并未普及，大多数农村家长性教育意识薄弱，性知识来源狭窄，农村幼儿教师缺乏专业的性教育观念。为此，建议加强对性侵幼儿立法，完善法律保护制度，增强幼儿父母性教育知识，加强监管保护等。 |

| The children’s sex education is the process of socialization of sexual science,sexual morality and civilized education. In recent years,Chinese children sexual abuse accidents have occurred more often than before,especially in rural areas,because that children’s sex education is not popular in our country. Most parents in rural area have weak awareness of sex education,narrow source of the education knowledge and the rural kindergarten teachers are usually lack of professional sex education conception. Based on these reasons,the paper recommends to strengthen the legislation on sexual abuse of young children,to improve the legal protection system,to enhance the knowledge of parents’ sex education,and to strengthen the supervision and protection. |
