| 高校学生党建工作是整个党建领域的一个重要组成部分，党中央历来重视高校的学生党建工作。党的十八大以来，习近平总书记把“从严治党”思想纳入“四个全面”战略布局的重要组成部分，全面树立“从严治党”思想。他还多次就高校学生党建工作、高校意识形态工作做出指示，特别是全国高校思想政治工作会议再一次重申了关于高校党建工作的要求，明确高校学生党建工作的重要地位和任务要求。本文通过论述习近平的“从严治党”思想对高校党建工作的新要求和高校党建工作存在问题进行研究分析，探究建立高校党建工作的长效机制，旨在为提升高校党建工作水平提供一些可行的理论指导，进一步推进高校学生党建工作。 |

| College students' party construction is an important part in the field of the whole party, the party central committee has always attaches great importance to the university student party construction work. Since the Eighteenth Congress, Xi Jinping strengthened the general idea of "Strictly Administering the Party" into "Four Comprehensive strategies”. He also talked the importance of ideological work in college students' party construction many times and cleared the important role of college students' party construction work and task requirements. Xi's thought of "Strictly Administering the Party" is discussed in this paper and it did the research of the problems in party construction in colleges and universities, and explored to establish a long-term mechanism of the CPC party construction of colleges and universities. By studying these, it enhanced the level of party construction in colleges and universities and provided some feasible theoretical guidance, for further college students' party construction promotion. |
