| 陕甘边革命根据地为红军长征胜利到达陕北提供了重要的落脚点，之所以能提供这个落脚点，就是因为根据地的重要领导人在创建根据地的时候注重文化方面的建设，通过文化建设来促进和巩固根据地的发展。基于这个原因，文章主要通过文献研究的方法对根据地的文化建设进行研究。通过研究，得出根据地的文化建设在配合和促进根据地政权建设的过程中取得了许多的成就，为根据地的创建和发展做出了重要的贡献，在历史上具有重要的作用。 |

| Abstract: The Shaanxi-Gansu revolutionary base area provided a significant middle stop to the Long March, played a major role for Long March’s victory. The reason why such a stop place could be provided emphasized the importance of cultural construction in creating revolutionary base areas. Based on the fact, this article studied the cultural construction on the revolutionary base areas through literature research and found that the cultural construction made achievements in cooperating and promoting the political constructions in base areas, which contributed a lot to the creation and development of the revolutionary base. |
