| 本文收集了2006—2016年近十年关于幼儿园男教师的研究文献，力图对近十年来“幼儿园男教师”的研究做一个系统、全面的文献综述。本文从男幼师职前的培养系统，入职后的生存状态、管理方式以及职后培养发展情况以及离职、流失三大方面进行分析，总结出当前国内关于幼儿园男教师的研究存在研究内容失衡等问题,并在此基础上提出今后关于幼儿园男教师研究的几个可能性方向。 |

| On the basis of the studies on male preschool teacher in recent 10 years (2006---2016), this paper tries to present a systematic and comprehensive literature review on “male preschool teacher study”. The analysis is implemented from 3 perspectives, including the pre-job training system, development and management after employment, and their resignation. The paper finds some problems in recent male preschool teacher studies, and then proposes some suggestions. |
