The humanistic care of a class adviser refers to his or her care and support toward students’ survival and development. It can promote the professional growth of class advisers, the growth and progress of students, the stability and development of schools. The basic strategies could enhance humanistic care are: strengthening communication between teachers and students, helping students solve problems, appreciating and analyzing education video of classic, creating a caring atmosphere, guiding students to correct wrong behaviors. |
