| 福建省艺术教育师资现状:数量奇缺;素质不高;外出学习培训机会少，覆盖面窄。鉴于教师编制紧、专职教师补充难的困局在短期内无法解决的现实，设想通过“内培外引”的方式培养基础教育艺术师资，有助于缓解农村艺术教育师资的不足，促进福建省艺术教育的均衡发展。 |

| The status quo of art teacher resources in Fujian province are insufficient in numbers,low quality,inadequate opportunities for learning and getting training outside and narrow coverage.This is partly due to the tight authorized size and difficult complement of professional teachers,which cannot be solved in short term.With internal education and new bringing,it is possible that we can cultivate some elementary art teachers,increase art teacher resources in rural areas and promote the quality-oriented education and the balanced development of art education in our province. |
