Abstract:Providing equitable and quality education is the theme of China's current education development, inclusive education as a bridge between general education and special education, is an important part of the new era of basic education to expand and improve the quality of the programme, but also to ensure that the pre-school education of universal and inclusive, the key to the development of the development of high-quality inclusive education is to cultivate The key to its development lies in the cultivation of high-quality teachers for inclusive education. By interpreting a set of online training courses for teachers of early inclusive education developed by a research-based public university in the southwestern region of the United States, we explore the path of teacher training for preschool inclusive education in China. Firstly, we analyse the differences between the online training course and offline courses of the same type from the aspects of teaching form, education object and course objective; secondly, we summarize the characteristics of the online training course for teachers of early inclusive education; finally, we combine the case of the online training course for teachers of early inclusive education with the case of the online training course for teachers of early inclusive education to form corresponding inspirations on the innovation of the training method of China's preschool inclusive education in terms of the four aspects of the education object, the education process, the evaluation of the course and the social impacts. Finally, it forms corresponding inspiration and suggestions on the innovation of China's preschool inclusive education from four aspects: educational target, educational process, course evaluation and social impact. |
