      民族地区乡村幼儿园教师在民族地区乡村教育事业的高质量发展中发挥着重要作用。为了解民族地区乡村幼儿园教师 角色扮演的现状及困境,采取目的性抽样选取藏区3 所乡村幼儿园的4 四名幼儿园教师为研究对象,通过半结构化访谈与观 察,运用扎根理论对资料进行整理分析。结果发现:民族地区乡村幼儿园教师的角色定位为教书育人的从教者、仁而爱人的守 护者、本土文化的传承者、基层事务的治理者,但是,受困于专业水平不高、师德师爱不足、语言文化不通、作为意识不够的窘 境。建议从减轻现实工作负担、增加职后岗位培训、强化职前培养、提升个人修养方面进行突围,更好促进民族地区乡村幼儿 园教师成长。
英文摘要:
      Rural kindergarten teachers in ethnic minority areas play an important role in the high-quality development of rural educa⁃ tion in ethnic minority areas. In order to understand the current situation and difficulties of the role playing of rural kindergarten teach⁃ ers in ethnic minority areas,a purposive sampling was conducted to select four kindergarten teachers from three rural kindergartens in Tibet as the research subjects. Through semi-structured interviews and observations,the data were organized and analyzed by using grounded theory. The results showed that the roles of rural kindergarten teachers in ethnic areas were positioned as followers of teach⁃ ing and educating people,guardians of benevolent love,inheritors of local culture,and administrators of grassroots affairs. However, they were trapped in the dilemma of low professional level,insufficient teacher ethics and love,language and culture barriers,and in⁃ sufficient awareness of behavior. We can break through by reducing the actual workload,increasing post employment training, strengthening pre employment training,and improving personal cultivation,in order to better promote the growth of rural kindergarten teachers in ethnic areas.
