      近年来,早期教育界越来越重视幼儿教师应具备的教学内容知识。本研究采用基于视频的问卷调查法并辅以半结构性访谈对福建省51名幼儿园教师数学领域内容知识进行考察,结果发现教师数学领域内容知识水平普遍不高,属于笼统而有限的理解;教师最擅长数概念方面的教学,空间关系的教学最为薄弱;相对于教龄、职称和园所等级等因素,学历对数学领域内容知识呈现显著正向影响(β=1.281,p<0.01);在强调整合性课程的背景下,应从提升幼儿园教师入职门槛、深化薄弱内容教学研究、培养教师数学特殊过程能力、采用工作坊式的互动式培训四个方面入手,进一步夯实幼儿园教师数学领域内容知识。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, the early education community has paid increasing attention to the content knowledge that early childhood teachers should possess. This study used a video-based questionnaire method supplemented by semi-structured interviews to examine the content knowledge of 51 kindergarten teachers in Fujian Province in the area of mathematics. The results found that teachers’ content knowledge in the area of mathematics was generally low and belonged to a general and limited understanding; teachers were best at teaching number concepts and weakest at teaching spatial relationships; compared to factors such as teaching age, title, and school level, education background had a significant positive effect on mathematics(β=1.281,p<0.01). In the context of emphasizing integrated curriculum, we should further strengthen kindergarten teachers’ content knowledge in the mathematics domain by raising the threshold of entry, deepening research on weak content teaching, developing teachers’ special process competence in mathematics, and adopting workshop-based interactive training.
