      :随着“新父亲”话语的出现,我国父职实践面临“父亲缺位”和“关爱父职”难以落实的双重问题,开拓本土化父职教育研究与实践成为重要议题。作为幼儿教育的专业机构,幼儿园开展父职教育研究与实践具有专业性、促动性和课程化的优势。幼儿园基于父职教育园本课程开发视角,立足行动研究范式,历经三轮发现问题——实践——反思,研究发现:基于父亲角色特质,开展各类父职活动,可拓展父亲参与维度;“团体式榜样交流”和“隔离手机”有效强化幼儿父亲的情感投入;“父子游戏”有效构建父子间成长共同体;建立父职教育园本课程体系和教学实践成果。幼儿园开展父职教育研究与实践,需以多方联动开展父职教育研究、行动研究与园本教研相结合;加强父职教育的理论基础研究,可有效提升父职教育研究与实效。
英文摘要:
      With the emergence of the “new fatherhood” ideas, China’s fatherhood practice faces the co-existence of the problems of “fatherlessness” and of the difficulty of conducting “caring fatherhood”, and thus the development of localized fatherhood research and practice has become an important issue. As a professional institution of early childhood education, kindergarten shows the advantages in conducting research and practice on fatherhood education with professionalism, high motivation and curriculum contexts. With the motivation of fatherhood education curriculum development and following the action research paradigm, researches of kindergartens have gone through three rounds: problem identification, practice and reflection. The findings of researches are as following: based on father’s role, various fatherhood activities can expand the dimension of father’s participation in children’s life; activities like “Group-based Role Model Communication” and “Isolation from Cell Phone” can effectively strengthen the emotional input of fathers; “Father-child Games” can effectively build a growth community between fathers and children; and we have initially established a school-based curriculum system for fatherhood education and gained insights from the teaching practice. Finally, the research and practice of parental education in kindergartens can have following suggestions to effectively enhance the research and practical effectiveness of parental education: need to have multi-party linkage to carry out research on parental education; a combination of action research and kindergarten-based teaching research; and strengthening the theoretical foundation research of fatherhood education.
