      儿童节的创设是近代中国慈幼事业的一大进步,反映了国民时期中国社会对儿童教育与保护意识的提升。从儿童节的历史由来、儿童节纪念办法的制定、“国难期”首次儿童节纪念活动的艰难开展及舆论动员等情形可知当时中国社会各界极为重视儿童节及儿童节纪念活动的开展,体现了近代中国儿童节创设具有倡导尊重儿童独立人格、号召社会各界协力保护儿童、推动儿童教育事业的进步等重要教育意义,儿童节创设对当代儿童节活动的开展及儿童教育也有重要启示意义。
英文摘要:
      The establishment of Children’s Day is a great progress in the cause of child-care in modern China, which reflects the promotion of Children’s education and protection awareness in Chinese society during the national period. From the historical origin of Children’s Day, the formulation of Children’s Day commemorating methods, the difficult development of the first Children’s Day commemorating activities and the mobilization of public opinion during the “Period of national calamity”, it can be seen that all circles of Chinese society at that time attached great importance to Children’s Day and the development of Children’s Day commemorating activities, it shows that the creation of Children’s Day in modern China is of great educational significance in advocating respect for children’s independent personality, calling on all sectors of society to make concerted efforts to protect children, and promoting the progress of children’s education. The establishment of Children’s Day is also of great significance to the development of contemporary Children’s Day activities and children’s education.
