      为探究正念对幼儿园教师工作满意度的影响,以及心理资本和工作投人在其中的作用以河南、陕西两地参加培计划的 597 名幼儿园教师为研究对象用教学表心资表工作表作意度表进行量发现,幼儿园教师正念、工作投人和工作满意度在教龄学历、所位置上差异显;正念、心理资本、工作投人及工作满意度两两显著正相关正念显养正向预测工作满意度:心理资本、工作投人在正念对工作满意度的影响中起中个作用。具体而言。正念过三条路径影响幼儿园教师工作满意度:心理资本的单独中介作用、工作投人的单独中介作用以及两者的链式中介作用。培养正念型幼儿园教师重视心理资本及工作投入的发展可提高幼儿园教师工作满意度。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the eflect of mindfulness on job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers, as well as the role of psychologicalcapital and job involvement, this study took 597 kindergarten teachers who participated in the national training program in Henan andShaanxi provinces as the research objects, and measured them with the teaching mindfulness scale, psychological capital scale, jobinvolvement scale and iob satisfaction scale.The results showed that mindfulness.job involvement and job satisfaction of kinderzarterteachers are significanlly diflerent in terms of teaching experience, educational background and the location of kindergarlen; Therelationships between each pair of kindergarten teachersmindfulness, psychological capital, job involvement and job satisfaction areignificantly positive; Mindfulness positively predicted job satisfaction; Psychological capital and job involvement mediate the efectsof mindfulness on job satisfaction. Specifically, mindfulness affects kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction through three pathways;the sole mediating effect of psychological capital, the sole mediating effect of job involvement, and the chain mediating effect of hoth.Cultivaling mindiul kindergarlen leachers and paying altention to the development ol psychological capital and job involvement canimprove the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers.
