| 从家庭角度出发，探索生育政策调整与家庭发展能力的关系，为研究生育政策调整效应提供了一个新的视角。通过回归分析法发现，生育政策调整宏观上有利于改善人口结构、促进人口均衡发展，微观上对我国家庭发展能力也有重要影响，它提升了家庭未来应对风险能力，同时增加了家庭人力资本投资，短期内限制了家庭经济发展能力。当前，生育政策调整后的实施效果与理想状态存在一定差距，这需要政府出台配套政策鼓励和支持家庭生育二孩和三孩，进一步提升家庭发展能力。 |

| From the perspective of the family, exploring the relationship between the adjustment of the fertility policy and the ability of family development provides a new perspective for studying the effect of the adjustment of the fertility policy. Through regression analysis, it is found that the adjustment of the fertility policy is conducive to improving the population structure and promoting the balanced development of the population at the macro level, and it also has an important impact on the development capacity of China’s families at the micro level. It improves the family’s ability to cope with risks in the future and increases the family’s investment in human capital. In the short term, the family’s economic development ability is limited. At present, there is a certain gap between the implementation effect of the adjusted fertility policy and the ideal state, which requires the government to introduce supporting policies to encourage and support families to have second and third children, and further enhance family development capabilities. |
