      剖析男幼师坚守动因,对扩充、稳定男幼师队伍规模、革新幼儿园师资队伍结构具有重要意义。基于扎根理论原则,采用 访谈法,运用NVIVO 11 PLUS对8位男幼师的坚守动因进行编码与分析,结果显示:男幼师坚守动因包括环境因素、个体因素 以及受环境和个体因素交互形成的愉悦情感体验。基于研究结果,提出社会提升幼师社会地位、区域推进男幼师联盟建设、园 所拓宽男幼师职业发展空间、院校加强教育情怀培养的建议。
英文摘要:
      It is of great significance to analyze the motivation factors of male preschool teachers’adherence to expand and stabilize the size of male preschool teachers’team and reform the structure of kindergarten teachers’team. Based on Grounded Theory Principle, this paper adopted interview method and used NVIVO 11 PLUS software to code and analyze the motivations which influencing the per⁃ sistence of 8 male preschool teachers. The motivations which influencing the persistence of male preschool teachers were summarized as follows: environmental factors,individual factors,and emotional experiences shaped by environment and individual interaction. Based on the research results,this paper put forward some suggestions,such as improving the social status of preschool teachers in so⁃ ciety,promoting the construction of male preschool teachers’alliance in the region,expanding career development space of male pre⁃ school teachers in kindergartens,and strengthening cultivation of educational feelings in colleges and universities.
