      摘 要:本研究旨在探讨幼儿教师心理授权与心理健康的现状及二者之间的关系,为提高其心理健康水平与工作效率提供一定的心理依据。该研究使用《症状自评量表》(SCL90)和《心理授权问卷》对随机抽取的295名幼儿教师进行问卷调查,结果表明:(1)总体来说幼儿教师的心理授权水平存在显著的性别差异,女教师的心理授权状况优于男教师;(2)幼儿教师心理授权得分存在显著的城乡差异,城市幼儿教师的心理授权水平要更高一些;(3)幼儿教师心理授权得分一定程度上存在园所性质差异,公立幼儿教师的心理授权水平一定程度上高于私立幼儿教师;(4)幼儿教师心理授权得分存在显著的编制差异,有编制幼儿教师的心理授权水平明显高一些;(5)幼儿教师心理授权得分与SCL90得分呈显著负相关,幼儿教师心理授权水平越高,则SCL90得分越低,即心理健康水平越高。结合心理授权四因子对其进行心理健康教育的专业培训,突出性别优势、园所优势,培养良好的自我调节能力,提高其职业素养,帮助其处理好与自己、与他人的关系,不断提高其心理授权总体水平,进而提高其心理健康水平。

      Abstract: This study aims to explore the status quo of preschool teachers’ psychological empowerment and mental health and the relationship between them, so as to provide some psychological basis for improving their mental health and work efficiency. In this study, 295 preschool teachers were randomly selected and surveyed with Symptom Self-rating Scale (scl90) and Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire. The results show that preschool teachers’ psychological empowerment level is closely related to gender, the geographic location and the nature of the kindergarten they work for, and whether they belong to authorized staff. It also finds that the investigated preschool teachers’ performance in psychological empowerment is negatively related to their performance in SCL-90. To enhance the present situation and improve the preschool teachers’ mental health, corresponding efforts should be made.
