      为研究幼儿园新入职教师职业适应与社会支持的关系,以幼儿园新入职教师职业适应调查问卷、幼儿园新入职教师职 业适应量表和社会支持量表为研究工具,对西安市16 所幼儿园的294 位教师,其中新入职教师157 位进行了调查研究。结果 发现:幼儿园新入职教师职业适应与社会支持均处于中等偏上水平,幼儿园新入职教师职业适应与社会支持之间存在正相关, 社会支持对幼儿园新入职教师的职业适应具有一定的预测作用。其中,客观支持可以较好的预测新入职教师的职业适应。结 论:幼儿园新入职教师的职业适应与社会支持之间存在正相关关系,社会支持在一定程度上可以预测其职业适应。
英文摘要:
      To study the relationship between vocational adaption of newly-appointed teachers in kindergarten and social support, the occupational adaptation scale and social support scale of new kindergarten teachers were used as the research tools to investigate 294 teachers from 16 kindergartens in Xi’an city, among which 157 new teachers were investigated and studied. It is found that: the vocational adaptation and social support of new kindergarten teachers are above the middle level; there is a positive correlation between the vocational ad⁃ aptation of new kindergarten teachers and social support; social support has a certain predictive effect on the vocational adaptation of new kindergarten teachers. Among them, objective support can better predict the voca⁃ tional adaptation of new teachers. The conclusion goes: there is a positive correlation between the vocational ad⁃ aptation of new kindergarten teachers and social support, which can predict their vocational adaptation to some extent
