      摘 要:组团教研是继区域联片教研之后基础教育教研实践的又一创新形式。农村幼儿教师组团教研对改善农村幼儿园区域教研指导力量不足、幼儿教师实践能力偏弱的现状具有实际意义。U-K互助式农村幼儿教师组团教研因加入高校专家的力量而更有“深耕”的意蕴,一方面,它为高校师生“基于教育现场的研究”提供了便利条件;另一方面,高校教师带领农村幼儿教师开展行动研究,为教师的专业发展发挥着专业引领作用。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Group teaching and research is another innovative form of basic education teaching and research practice after regional joint teaching and research. Rural preschool teachers’group teaching and research has practical significance for improving the current situation of insufficient teaching and research guidance in rural kindergartens and preschool teachers’ weak practical abilities. U-K mutual aid rural kindergarten teachers’ group teaching and research has more “deep cultivation” meaning by joining the power of university experts. On the one hand, it provides convenient conditions for college teachers and students to “research based on education field”. On the other hand, college teachers lead rural preschool teachers to carry out action research, playing a professional leading role in the teachers’ professional development.
