      学前教育专业学生职业发展教育应以职业价值观确立、职业素养提升、职业能力培养、职业生涯规划四大模块教育为平台,整合资源,构建完整的内容体系。在具体实施过程中要将职业发展教育纳入学前教育人才培养方案,健全项目运行机制,发挥学生的主体作用,丰富创新活动载体,为人才培养目标服务,为专业建设服务,为学生实现幸福就业服务。
英文摘要:
      The vocational development education of students majoring in pre-school education should intergrate resources and thus construct a complete system based on four modules: the establishment of vocational values,vocational literacyenhancement, vocational ability training and career planning. During the implementation pro⁃cess,vocational development education should be included in school's talent cultivation plan,in order to better realize the talent training objective and accelerate professional construction as well as help students achieve their career goals by perfecting the system,motivating students and enriching vocational-related activities.
