      家-园-区的协同教育对幼儿身心和谐发展发挥着举足轻重的作用。赫尔曼·哈肯提出的“协同学理论”为家-园-社区协同共育提供了理论基础。基于“协同学理论”中的协同效应,针对协同教育中存在协同教育意识不足、缺乏教育政策引领、协同教育方式单一、教育过程中资源配置不够优化、协同教育实践缺乏指导等教育困境,尝试提出积极探索形成深化协同教育意 识、加强协同教育政策引领、拓宽协同教育方式、优化教育过程中的资源配置、提升协同教育实践指导五位一体的策略,有效提升幼儿教育质量。
英文摘要:
      Collaborative education of families, kindergartens and communities plays a pivotal role in the harmonious development of children's mind and body. Hermann Haken's "synergetic theory" provides a theoretical basis for family-kindergarten-community collaborative education. Based on the synergy effect in the"collaborative theory", in view of the existing problems in practice — including lack of synergistic education awareness, lack of education policy guidance, single mode of coordinated education, insufficient resource allocation in the education process, and lack of guidance — the paper tries toproposes that in order to effectively improve the quality of early childhood education, efforts should be made to explore strategies to deepen the awareness of coordinated education, strengthen the collaborative education policy to lead and broaden the way of coordinated education,optimize the allocation of resources in the education process,andenhance the five-in-one guidance of collaborative education practice.
