      与城市幼儿教师专业发展相比,农村幼儿教师在专业发展过程中存在的困境表现为:发展目标的理想化与现实阻抑性之间存在藩篱;低学历标准与高素质要求之间存在适应性困境;主体发展动力不足与发展机会增加之间存在不协调性;培训传统与实际专业发展需求之间存在“对话”失语。这些困境的现实存在向国家学前教育政策提出适应性要求,更是对农村幼儿教师专业发展提出了新的变革挑战。
英文摘要:
      Compare the professional development of urban preschool teachers, there were some actual dilemmas in the process of rural kindergarten teacher profession development,such as,existing barriers between the idealization of development goals and the reality of repression,existing adaptive dilemmas between low education standards and high quality requirements,existing incompatibility between less development motivation and more development chances,existing dialogue aphasia between cultivate tradition and actual professional development needs,and so on.the existence of these difficulties has put forward adaptive requirements to the national preschool education policy, and it is also a new challenge to the professional development of rural preschool teachers.
