| During the Anti-Japanese War，Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region carried out a unique constructive activities for preschool education under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party，accumulating unique constructive experience，including the experience of providing security measures，establishing a simplified and efficient organizational structure，paying attention to the construction of teaching teams，taking care of children's health，and carrying out the scientific education teaching mainly. Reproducing the pre-school educational activities in border region，exploring their successful experience，inheriting and developing the spirits of red education have positive and practical significance for the culture and cultivation of children in the new era. |
