| 中国政府在全世界第一个让网约车合法化，但在网约车政策落地的时候，各地的执行上出现了一些问题，如依然存在打车难与贵现象，新政后产生“灰色地带”，网约车管理魔咒难除。鉴此，我国必须针对出现问题的原因采取相关措施，如加强网约车监管效果，适当放宽准入标准解决打车难，通过适当市场竞争以及政府提供补贴解决打车贵，解决网约车安全问题，使网约车走向专业化，并完善细则。从而有利于网约车行稳致远，实行简政放权给市场留足自由运行的空间。 |

| China government legitimate network car in the world firstly .But at the same time, when new policy of network car came out, there are some problems throughout the execution.There are many reasons ,such as detailed rules and regulations in many cities did not fall, the government regulation is not put in place, dislocation development did not reflect ,the price adjustment have no standard, the media is misleading. In view of this, China must improve the new policy of network car and relax access standards appropriately to relieve the difficulty of driving , appropriate market competition and government subsidies to relieve the cost of driving,solve network car security problems.the network car will move towards specialization and be perfected.this is beneficial to the network car walk steady to reach the distance , leave the market free running space through Streamlining government and delegating authorities. To improve the new policy of network car by optimizing, it can make general public travel more convenient and relieve the difficulty of driving,relieve the cost of driving . the network car platform and driver will get the economic benefit and the social benefit under the new policy.the new policy of network car will really become the legislative measures to convenience and benefit the people. |
