      课程政策是提升幼教质量的一个关键因素。苏格兰的学前教育课程政策是一个体系的构成,主要包括了三个部分,既有整体的3-18岁的统一性的课程指南,又包括了0-3岁的面向家庭和成年人的保育教育指导方案,还有指向低龄儿童学习方式的指南即主动学习。这反映了苏格兰国内对学前教育改革和发展的重视。了解其课程政策的内容,分析其借鉴意义,对国内学前教育的政策制定有一定启示。

      Curriculum policy is a key factor in improving the quality of early childhood education. Scotland's pre-school education curriculum policy is a system consisting of three parts, including a holistic 3-18 year old uniform curriculum guide, and a 0-3 year old family-oriented and adult-oriented education, as well as guidelines for younger children's learning which are active learning. This reflects the importance of preschool education reform and development in Scotland. Understanding the content of its curriculum policy, and analyzing its reference significance, would have certain enlightenment on the policy formulation of domestic preschool education.
